Odyssey - Woven Bezel Pendant Tutorial Pattern

Pattern Description:
The Odyssey pendant is a very versatile design. There are many ways to alter the technique to make it truly your own. By varying the width of the bezel or the bail, altering the spiral, or adding one of many other techniques you may already know, you can create an entirely new pendant design.
For the woven bail, you will need to use my Basic Weaving Techniques lesson as a reference. It can be found, free of charge, here: http://www.gailavira.com/tutorials
This lesson illustrates the creation of the Black Onyx Odyssey Pendant. Tips for making the other pendants can be found at the end of the tutorial.
Materials:
- 12" Round 20g wire dead soft or half hard
- 71/2' Round 28g wire dead soft
- 1 13mm x 18mm cabochon (a flattened oval bead of the same size will work as well)
You Will Also Need:
- Chain nose pliers
- Round nose pliers
- Wire cutters
- Flat nose pliers
- Needle file or cup burr (wire rounder)
- Ruler
- Marker

It's a never ending addiction.
