This pendant was inspired by the bright colorful houses of La Boca in Argentina. Each house in La Boca uses its own mix of colors to convey the personality of the owner and when put side by side, they create a neighborhood that has become famous simply for its color. Use this tutorial to create your own pendant conveying your personality with your own mix of colors. This 16 page tutorial includes full-color illustrations and pictures to guide you in creating your own version of my Carnaval Pendant. You will receive the colorway for the Bright Lavender version of this pendant, but feel free to play with colors for your own versions.

My name is Marcie Abney Carroll and I started creating jewelry in 2007. A simple project to repair a simple beaded ring turned into a love of all things beadwoven and beaded in general. I've recently turned my attention toward metal and can be found most nights hammering away in my garage. If you'd like to learn more about me, please stop by my blog: http://labellajoya.blogspot.com.
