Pattern Description:
I decided to call it "Ripple" since it reminds me of undulating waves or vibrations.
Getting the curve just right was my main challenge with designing this piece. It follows the neckline curve pretty well, in fact it is about the same width as a t-shirt crew neck.
It's tatted using just one shuttle with ball of thread, quite simple.
Sizing / Finished Measurements:
- Tatted part is about 7 inches long; finished necklace with chain is about 17 inches.
Materials:
- Size 10 Lizbeth or other crochet cotton, about 8 yards for main color and about 4 yards of a contrasting color
- 1 tatting shuttle
- Steel crochet hook about size 12/1mm is helpful for joins
- 4 jump rings size 5mm to 6mm
- 10 inches of necklace chain with end charm
- Wire cutters and jewelry pliers
- Necklace clasp
