Queen Margaret's Beaded Lace Necklace

from VanBeads Jewelry and Designs
(5) Name: 'Jewelry : Queen Margaret's Beaded Lace Necklace
Queen Margaret's Beaded Lace Necklace

Basic Skills Necessary:

  • You should already be comfortable with using needle and thread to do off-loom beadweaving, but no knowledge of a particular stitch is required to create this beaded necklace.

Pattern Description:

This easy beaded lace necklace was inspired by my mom, who always encouraged me to be creative! Mom and I had always talked about making a series of beading and crochet patterns based on antique patterns, but sadly, she passed away before we could embark on our project. This beautiful, lacy beaded necklace can be completed in just a few hours by a beginning beader. Enjoy!

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

  • Makes a necklace approximately 18" long, but can easily be adjusted to fit any neck.

  • 15-20 grams seed beads in size 11, approximately 100 4mm freshwater pearls, beading thread of your choice, beading needle, scissors or thread cutter, clasp of your choice.
