Basic Skills Necessary:

  • Peyote stitch and peyote reductions

Pattern Description:

This strong steel-colored design was inspired by the Goddess of War and what I imagined she might wear when she puts her sword down for the day. A substantial peyote fabric combined with an all-original ruching stitch technique make a head-turning piece worthy of royalty.

Enhance your peyote stitch knowledge with this design and be the centerpiece of your next cocktail party or black tie event. Once you learn the ruching stitch technique, you can use it to make a matching wavy bracelet with alternating ruches, or take it large-scale to incorporate into a handbag or beaded sculpture.

This full-color PDF includes plenty of written instructions and clear diagrams to make this project easy. Enjoy!
