Pattern Description:
This tutorial will show you how to coil, make an open spiral and weave wire to produce these gorgeous nautilus shell earrings.
It also includes instructions for a matching pendant and shows other variations.
Both metric and imperial measurements are used throughout this tutorial.
Sizing / Finished Measurements:
- the shells are 3cm/1 1/4" tall
Materials:
- 26cm/10'' 1mm/18ga soft round wire
- 1.60m/63'' 0.4mm/26ga soft round wire
- 8 5/6mm pearls
- 6 assorted 4x6mm rondelles (or other 4mm beads)
- 2 ear wires
- Chain or bent nose pliers
- Round nose pliers
- Wire cutters
- Nylon jaw pliers
- Ruler
- Marker pen
- Jewellery cleaning cloth
