Pattern Description:

This tutorial shows step by step how to create the curvy pearl and bicone earrings - notable entry in the 'Statement Earring' competition, JillyBeads Ltd. 2013. The appendix includes instructions for a matching rope. Materials required include 4 mm pearls, 4 mm bicones and 6 mm bicones.

This is a two needle weave that uses a combination of right angle weave and picot stitches. It is considered to be an accessible intermediate pattern.

  • 18 Swarovski bicones (6mm)
  • 40 Swarovski bicones (4mm)
  • 28 Swarovski pearls (4mm)
  • 2 french earwires
  • 6 lb fireline
  • 2 size 10 beading needles

You Will Also Need:

  • For matching rope - further pearls (4 mm) and bicones (4mm, 6mm)
