Machine Embroidery

Skill Level:

small skill level requirement Beginner

Basic Skills Necessary:

  • How to stabilize and hoop fabric in the appropriate hoop. How to transfer this design to your embroidery machine. How to operate your embroidery machine.

Pattern Description:

like branches on a tree
we all grow in different
directions, yet our roots
remain as one.

This is a digitized embroidery design file, it is not an actual fabric item.

I have stitched this onto black Kona cotton fabric that was backed with a fusible interfacing to give it extra stability and crispness.

I digitized this with 4 different color stops so that. if desired, the word Family, the smaller words, the heart and the border can each stitch as a different color. The stitched sample in the photo was done with only 2 thread colors. Color stops 1 and 2 are red, color stops 3 and 4 are light blue.

Once the embroidery is finished, the piece can be quilted and bound to make a beautiful mini wall quilt, either for yourself or to give as a gift. It could also be made into an accent pillow or be included in a quilt that is based on family sentiments.

The formats included in this file are .pes, .pec, .hus, jef, .sew and .vip.

I am not able to upload .exp format, but I may have it available. If you need .exp, please contact me so that I can provide a converted sample for you to try BEFORE purchasing this design.

There are no refunds, returns or exchanges on this digital file.
