The Flower Cottage Embroidery Pattern

from Ellison Lane: Modern Sewing & Design
(10) Name: 'Embroidery : The Flower Cottage Embroidery Pattern
The Flower Cottage Embroidery Pattern

Basic Skills Necessary:

  • basic embroidery stitches

Pattern Description:

I've fallen in love with hand embroidery! It's the perfect portable project and is so relaxing!

To me, hand embroidery is like grown-up coloring! You get to paint pictures with thread and be as creative as you'd like with your stitches and color choices.

The Flower Cottage is a great pattern to showcase several embroidery stitches. I've included a stitch guide for the pattern but there is plenty of room for individual interpretation as well.

Once stitched, The Flower Cottage is perfect for a tote, a pillow, a journal cover, or a wall hanging. The possibilities are endless!

This pattern is beginner friendly.
