A little About Me and Kaniki's
My Name is Niki, I own and run Kaniki's We are Located just outside the city of Norwich, New York, on a gorgeous 10 acre plot of land, in a wonderful home, surrounded by farm lands. My husband and I have been together for wow- over 17years- and have been raising our gorgeous- most wonderful daughter Rachael, 21.
We have two horses- of which my daughter and I ride together a lot- 3 dogs, 2 cats, 16 chickens and I'm not sure that it will stop there... What's a world without the unconditional fun love of our animals....
I opened Kaniki's about 16 years ago, with the support of my husband, my daughter, and our family, who without, I never would have even made it this far. They've supported me endlessly in their strength, their belief in me and the business, and have stood by me through the tough times in getting the business on it's feet. I thank God every day for giving me such a great family.
I am, I guess, what you would call a Mixed Media Artist. I dabble in many areas in the arts, including Decorative Painting, Refinishing, Murals, Signs, I rescue trash and turn into treasures, I do Glass Etching, Painting with Oils and Acrylics, I do Computer Graphics, Photo Reproductions, Clay Sculpture, Mixed Media Assemblage, and Collage, and I even study aromatherapy, natural healing, and I make all of my Candle Products, my Bath & Body Products, and So Much More. Antiques and Primitives, and anything found and old are some of my favorites to work with. I also enjoy fiber arts, punch needle, designing, graphic work, and soon will be doing rug hooking... Well- I can't think of too many things that I haven't worked with, as I enjoy them all so much.
Thanks so much for stopping by Kaniki's!!
Another new 2014 Pattern Packet. In this pattern, I've included two different sized images for your punching or hooking pleasure.. The smaller of the patterns is 4 x 6 inches when finished, and was a wee too small for lettering, so I have included some fun graphics that you can print out- and turn into hang tags to go with your finished projects. I also eliminated some of the bats that you might see in my finished design, to make this project so much easier to punch and enjoy.
The second pattern image is a full page image, with the lettering on one image reversed- for those that are punching, and one full size pattern image with the lettering facing towards, if you decide to rug hook this design.
Each of the images is ready for you to transfer and have some fun.
The finished size of the smaller pattern is 4 x6" and the finished size of the larger pattern is 6 3/4 and 10 1/4. Very nice sizes to choose from.
You can use the included graphics to make tags, or hang with your finished pieces, but may not share or mass produce or resell. These are for you to have a little extra fun with the pattern. As you may see on my finished design!!!
I've also included in this pattern Basic Directions to finish it as you see in my pictures, on a glass gallon jug, and below you will also find my list of color suggestions, and brands.
As always- if you have any questions- don't hesitate to ask....
There's a lot of bonus features to this pattern, including my help if you need it.
Please respect my copyrights. You may make as many of these as you would like for personal use, fun or for profit, but may not reproduce this pattern or sell it in any way shape or form. No sharing allowed either.
Please do let me know if you have any questions at all, I'm always here to help...
I hope you enjoy the first of many in my new line of patterns.
