Basic Skills Necessary:

  • cross-stitch
  • backstitch
  • french knot
  • 3/4 stitch

Pattern Description:

Meant to be a companion piece (yeah, pun intended) to our "Doctors 9, 10, & 11" pattern, this stitch features a number of the modern era Doctor's human companions. We know them, we love them, we pretty much want to be them.

Mix and match with your favourite Doctor from our Doctor's Nine, Ten, and Eleven pattern or stitch up Rose Tyler, Martha Jones, Donna Noble, Rory Williams, Amy Pond, and River Song as a stand-alone piece.

This cross-stitch pattern comes with a full colour chart with floss legends in DMC, JP Coats, and Anchor, although of course all colours can be replaced as per the stitcher's preference.

This pattern is simple and suitable for beginners. We've included our best stitching tips for both beginners and more experienced stitchers and if you're completely new to the craft there's a good how-to video courtesy of Yarn Tree at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mr_LfGr1v0E
