Pattern Description:

The idea of some embroidery on a pig was irresistible! and some pansy fabric was close by which the pig found irresistible! So they came together and formed Pansy Pig who has a delightful ribbon pansy on her nose and tail and pansy fabric appliqued with some simple embroidery and embellishments of buttons, beads and charms. Pansy is a very contented pig who is willing to watch over you while you sew and is even prepared to help by having pins stuck in her, without complaint!

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

Pansy Pig is approx. 6" high by 8" long

Materials:

10" x 26" wool felt for body
Small pieces of pansy fabrics
Paper backed fusible webbing

You Will Also Need:

Stranded silk thread
Tiny buttons, Charms, Seed beads
2 x ribbon pansies
2 x black beads for eyes
4" elastic cord for tail
Embroidery needles, Beading needles, Chalk pencil marker
Stuffing
General sewing supplies, scissors, pins etc
