Advanced
This cute little Drummer Boy was designed for a customer who was having difficulties finding a more advanced pattern for a drummer boy.
Pine Green and Antique Mauve shades help create the subtle color changes in his robes and shawl. Back stitching was used to create details in his hair and the rope around his waist.
This pattern will measure 5 inches tall and 3 inches wide if done on 16 count Aida or 32 count linen. It is the perfect size to create an ornament for your Christmas tree, or have it framed to hang on your walls for the Christmas season.

When I was seven my mom taught me how to cross stitch. I started off with a small ladybug kit and spent a whole two days determined to get it done. Sure it wasn't the most prettiest but it got me hooked on cross stitching. Soon after I jumped right into the patterns with the beads and sparkles and haven't looked back since. I now design and create my own patterns, but also enjoy stitching other people's designs.
