Many dishes went unwashed while I stitched up this fun towel. So. . . let me tell you how I really feel about doing the dishes. :-) Let's just say I'd rather stitch about doing the dishes than actually do the dishes.
This is a big pattern - the image is just under 16" x 22" and fits beautifully on a tea towel. It'll take several nights to stitch (maybe while someone else does the dishes instead of you?) but the stitching is super easy. It's all one color and you can use your favorite outline stitch. I used backstitch on the block letters and stem stitch on those last few words in script.
You'll get a full-sized pattern (prints on four sheets of paper) plus an extra version sized so the whole thing fits on a single sheet of paper. That'll make it easy to enlarge or reduce it to any size you want. Maybe for a sampler? Or to put on an apron?
All pattern pieces come in regular orientation, and also reversed for use with iron-on transfer tools.
Inject a little humor into a dreaded chore. Unless, of course, you love doing the dishes. :-)
Have you made this pattern?

I'm on a mission to teach people to sew, quilt, and embroider. I design patterns especially for beginners and I never release a pattern until I have videos teaching you every skill you'll need to complete the project. Have fun!
