Pattern Description:

Futurama - Mom - Counted Cross Stitch Pattern (X-Stitch PDF)

This cross stitch pattern was personally and lovingly designed by me! Now you can celebrate everyone's favorite corporate matriarch with a classy cross-stitch sampler. This heirloom-style pattern includes Mom with her three sons, Larry, Igner, and Walt. The EyePhone logo and "Mom's Old-Fashioned Robot Oil" are also represented. Remember, "Mom" products are made with more love than the other leading brands.

This pattern involves lots of 1/4 and 3/4 stitches as well as back-stitch. This pattern is not for beginners. I would recommend using even-weave linen in lieu of Aida cloth for this one because it will be much easier to complete the specialty stitches cleanly. The brown background color actually represents a variegated 'espresso' floss, DMC 4000. Using this floss will give the pattern greater depth and antique-ness. I've shown a swatch of DMC 4000 in the images above.
