I am the craftiest daughter of a very crafty mother. She taught me a lot of crafty basics when I was young. In k-12, I used to get in trouble for drawing on my schoolwork. Later on I picked up a paintbrush and taught myself how to paint. For a brief period in college, I played with a computer based paper doll program (kisekae) and I got quite handy with a mouse. Today, I use my chronic doodling habit to develop cross stitch and embroidery patterns.
I post a new pattern on the First and Third Mondays of each month. My most recent pattern is usually available for free at first, so make sure you check back regularly.

This design will stitch quickly enough and look very nice in a frame as a romantic gift. Customize it with names to make a treasured gift. It would also look spectacular embroidered onto clothing or a bag.
