This Christmas Pudding and Mug are designed using Crescent Colors Cotton floss. This will give the finished piece a variegated look to the areas of color, creating an interesting visual to the finished piece.
It is a great size for ornaments and will be a fairly quick stitch depending on your experience, due to the small amount of color changes. The over dyed cotton floss creates wonderful color changes without having to change colors regularly and will give the cross stitching some texture.

When I was seven my mom taught me how to cross stitch. I started off with a small ladybug kit and spent a whole two days determined to get it done. Sure it wasn't the most prettiest but it got me hooked on cross stitching. Soon after I jumped right into the patterns with the beads and sparkles and haven't looked back since. I now design and create my own patterns, but also enjoy stitching other people's designs.
