C10 Temari Tutorial - Flowery Wheels Flowery Wheels

Basic Skills Necessary:

  • how to prepare a basic C10 division Temari ball

Pattern Description:

This traditional Japanese design makes a lovely Temari ball. It looks great in Spring colours and just as good in Christmas reds and greens.

It is made on a standard C10 ball, which is then divided further into more parts - full instructions are given in the pattern.

Detailed instructions are also given on how to stitch with doubled thread - a very typical way to make Temari in Japan. It's not difficult but does take a particular technique to get right. A bonus is that you complete your ball in half the time!

As always, if you have any problems, drop me a line and we'll solve them together.

Happy stitching!
