I'm a transplanted Bostonian with a BFA from Mass College of Art and a background in Illustration before that from the Art Institute of Boston...a small, private Art School not to be confused with the other Art Institutes that are in large cities around the US.

While my first loves are painting and printmaking, I have also over the course of my life enjoyed playing with thread. I would stitch furiously for a few months then drop it and get busy with other things only to pick it up again a few years later...which is where I am now and how I happened onto this website. I am obsessed with cross stitching and hope to learn the techniques necessary to create more of my own patterns.
