I have been crafting most of my life... I went thru them all and never really settled on anything until cross stitching.. a passion for many many years... then I wanted to get back into sewing which I'd done for many years too and discovered Crazy Quilting! Quilting wasn't my thing until then even though my mother is an avid patchwork quilter and makes beautiful quilts... it's matching up those ...

Quilting wasn't my thing until then even though my mother is an avid patchwork quilter and makes beautiful quilts... it's matching up those seams that was hard for me so crazy quilting was it for me...
I've watched the Block of Month series.. haven't made any yet but I will! and it's given me tips I'd not known for matching those seams so I'm looking forward to doing some patchwork style too.
In the summer I"m an avid gardener and even though I've had to slow down some due to severe arthistis in my right knee I still keep up with it as much as I can and pray that the doctors can fix my knee in the near future.
