Basic Skills Necessary:

  • Crocheting in the round
  • Knitting a square or Crocheting a square
  • Sewing together Amigurumi

Pattern Description:

I was inspired to design this for my school's art show by Japanese kawaii monsters. I love all things rainbow and wanted to use some really cute cotton yarn from a Mill Ends bad I purchased at AC Moore. Steve comes out absolutely adorable, is great for stash busting, and makes a great toy for young children as it is easy to clean with no choking hazards (just make sure you sew the limbs on carefully). I spent a lot of time on this pattern and I hope you like it!
