Pattern Description:

Peppermint Pig loves when it's turnips for tea!

When I was wee my sister used to make me birthday cards with a pig on them; there was whole series of them which I have kept 'til this day. I thought I would crochet a pig based on her drawings and this is how Peppermint came about.

This tutorial gives full instructions and images to make your own Peppermint Pig. Only basic skills are required including forming magic rings, single crochet, increasing and decreasing. My Peppermint measures 14cm tall when finished but size will vary depending on the yarns you use.

Please do NOT sell, redistribute, alter or publish the pattern. You may NOT sell finished products made with this pattern.

I used Debbie Bliss Ecobaby in col. 14011 for Peppermint and col. 14012 for her t-shirt. Her nose is Bergere de France Cascade in col. Floral. The gauge will depend on the yarns you use.

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

  • 14cm

  • Yarns, a crochet hook, hand sew needle and beads
