Doll/Doll Clothing

Skill Level:

medium skill level requirement Intermediate

Basic Skills Necessary:

  • crochet
  • knit

Pattern Description:

Libby could almost be mistaken for an easter egg, with the bands of pink and green on her little frilly frock! Shown here in hand dyed wool and hand made glass eyes. One of the most simple of my heirloom patterns... she's bright, cheery, and looking forward to meeting you!

This pattern has all the info you need to make this little treasure; including technique descriptions, diagrams, and photos. I would rate this as "easy" to "intermediate" for an experienced crocheter, and requires only minimal knitting and embroidery skills.

Suggested materials: wool and wool blend yarn (worsted weight, ~200 yds), polyester or natural filling, 12 mm glass or plastic safety eyes, cotton fabric, and felt.

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

  • 12 inch doll

  • ~200 yds worsted weight yarn
  • stuffing (polyfil)
  • 12mm eyes (glass or plastic)
  • size F crochet hook
  • size 5-7 knitting needles

If I'm not knitting, crocheting, sewing, embroidering, drawing, painting, cooking, or gardening, then I'm probably making coffee.
