Benjamin the Bear and Euki the Koala are pleased to meet you!
They've been best friends since they were wee babies and have traveled the country teaching kids about the differences between bears and marsupials. (It's REALLY an important issue to the marsupial population.) Parents and teachers LOVE these guys because they teach kids a very important lesson at the end of each presentation: "We are all very different from each other, but our differences make us unique and special... If we keep our minds open and take the time to learn about and understand others, the world can be a happier place! In fact, you may even become best friends with someone you would have never guessed possible." :)

Helloooo! I'm currently working hard toward becoming an elementary school teacher (my #1 passion) -- I've been taking classes, working as a substitute teacher, volunteering as a Girl Scout leader, studying for exams, volunteering at an elementary school, and working as a group tutor. In between all of this, I try to remember to BREATHE and make some time to get away from the hustle and bustle of day-to-day life. In these moments, I dive into another passion of mine -- creating. Whether I'm crocheting, sewing, sculpting, drawing, or painting, the act of creating something unique and special is rejuvenating and rewarding. I've fallen head over heels with amigurumi (the Japanese art of crocheting/knitting cute, anthropomorphic creatures) for a few years now, and the process of designing/creating new soft sculptures has brought me great happiness. Each creation means a lot to me, so I hope that my designs bring the same joy to you and your loved ones. :)View all patterns by designer (18) »
