Having two beautiful grandchildren arrive in the space of six months this year was all the inspiration I needed to design this cute, cuddly witch for their first Halloween(s). The Witch sports a peaked hat, a mop of red hair, striped stockings, and a ruffly dress.
Once you've made this versatile pattern up as a Witch, you'll want to modify it to make little-girl ballerinas, angels, fairies, or just plain cute little kids.
Don't be daunted by the hair. The pattern is illustrated with photographs that will turn you into a doll-hairdressing expert. I prefer a sort of Seventies shag haircut for my witch, but you'll soon be working out your own styles.
Unimportant. The Doll is approximately 12" tall.
4 ounces of Worsted weight
The births of my grandson in February and my granddaughter in September have caused me to morph from just plain Anne into Amigrammy. Amigrammy is gifted with crochet superpowers, a long list of projects, and hooks that are never still. I thought it would be fun to share some of my work with you. Enjoy the patterns!
