Pattern Description:

This is a .pdf crochet pattern, designed by me, Son's Popkes.

My boyfriends first stuffed animal 'hondje' (doggy) inspired me to make this crochet dog.

I wanted to create a crochet dog pattern that is just a basic dog. He's the kind of stuffed toy you can give to a toddler and he'll name it doggy, because that's what he is. Simple and sweet. My dog turned out to be a beagle, but you can make any dog you want. In the pictures tab are some examples of different coloured dogs. This dog is also able to stand on four paws and lay flat on his tummy.

The pattern is easy and quick to crochet. It contains clear instructions of how to make the dog and pictures of the finished dog.

The pattern is for personal use only, so for yourself or as a gifts etc. I'm not okay with selling dolls made with my patterns.

Gauge:

Gauge is unimportant for this pattern. If the pieces are crocheted tightly enough, they will not gape visibly when stuffed. You can make a little test swap to be sure.

7,9 inch / 20 cm

3 colours of worsted weight yarn, animal eyes, fiberfil and pipe cleaners are optional
