Skill Level:

little skill level requirement Novice

Basic Skills Necessary:

  • With basic crochet/amigurumi skills you'll be able to make this bear.

Pattern Description:

This is a .pdf pattern, written in standard American crochet terms.

I wanted to design an easy and quick to crochet teddy bear, with a classical look. The brown bear is made with a worsted weight yarn. The bigger teddy in the pictures is made with a very fuzzy more bulky yarn, that's why he's bigger.

This teddy is a sweet toy for kids, looks nice on the sofa and is a great gift, because he looks crafty and traditional.

The pattern is for personal use only, so for yourself or as a gifts etc. I'm not okay with selling dolls made with my patterns.

The crochet pattern contains:
- An intro with useful info.
- List of materials, tools and accessories needed.
- Brand and colour numbers of the needed yarn.
- A clear description of how to crochet and assemble the animal.
- Pictures to help getting everything right.

Gauge is unimportant for this pattern. If the pieces are crocheted tightly enough, they will not gape visibly when stuffed. You can make a little test swap to be sure.

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

  • 7 inch/18 cm

  • Two colours of worsted weight yarn, embroidery thread and animal eyes, pellets and fiberfill.

You Will Also Need:

  • Crochet hook for worsted weight yarn (E US/3,5 mm), embroidery needles, scissor, stitch markers.
