Materials and Tools

You will need:
2 types of yarn:
1. Red - Fingering / 4 ply (14 wpi) - for the hat.
I used Troitskaya Moskvichka (50% wool, 50% cashmere - 219 yards (200 meters)/ 1.76 ounces (50 grams))
2. Some white fuzzy yarn for cap band and cap pompon (any kind of fuzzy yarn).

Hook 3 mm - for the fuzzy yarn
Hook 1.25 mm - for the main yarn
Tapestry needle to sew the pompom
Optional:

Pom Pom maker
