Pattern Description:

"THROW A BLANKET OVER IT!" Neither a blanket nor a little fence can contain this rampant kewtness. Make your very own little huggable action figure inspired by the cartoon character Catbug from Bravest Warriors.

Pattern includes instructions for making accessories shown in photos: oven mitts, a soft taco, and Sir Jeffers stick and Rebecca potato, chock-full of romantic tension. You can also change Catbug's eyes to white ovals, if you prefer. Doll stands on its own. Doll parts are made in spiral rounds.

  • worsted weight acrylic yarn in light blue and red
  • polyester fiberfill stuffing
  • 12 inches/30cm black embroidery floss
  • yarn needle
  • black acrylic felt
  • craft glue
  • 1 chenille stem/pipe cleaner, any color
  • wire cutters
  • worsted-weight yarn in tan, green, red, and brown
  • stiff white paper such as cardstock
  • (2) 5mm or 7mm wiggly eyes
  • pink felt scrap
  • green felt scrap
  • 1 inch red six-strand embroidery floss
  • 3 small straight pins
  • scissors
  • large-head pins
