*This pattern contains knit and crochet items*
Bronwen is a "bare" bunny, and the first in any of my collections to wear removable clothing. Her wooly knit sweater has a seed stitch trim and one button closure. It's embellished with a charted flower design that looks like fair isle, but is achieved using a duplicate stitch technique. With such a snuggly outfit, she's quite ready for the season!
Bronwen is a 12 inch crochet bunny. Both her skirt and sweater are removable, as well as her flower topper. The shoes however are crocheted on.
This pattern has 10 pages full of all the info an experienced crocheter/knitter would need to make this little treasure; including technique descriptions, diagrams, and photos. I would rate this as "intermediate" , and requires only minimal sewing and embroidery skills.
Suggested materials: wool and wool blend yarn (worsted weight, at least 2 colors ~200 yds ea.), polyester filling, 12 mm glass or plastic safety eyes, cotton fabric, felt, and a button.
Thanks for looking...
If I'm not knitting, crocheting, sewing, embroidering, drawing, painting, cooking, or gardening, then I'm probably making coffee.
