_HULK_SMASH!.... his way into the hearts of Avengers fans by becoming a tiny yarn doll. How could anyone get angry with this cute Gamma-ray superhero as a fuzzy friend?
How he came to be: I wanted to make a super-simple amigurumi Hulk that resembled a Weebles doll or the Fisher Price Little People. If you yearn for a KAWAII, cute, big-head look for the green rage monster, this is your guy.
Photo illustrations included. Instructions written in English for right-hand crochet.
Sizing / Finished Measurements:
- 3 to 4 inches (7.5 to 10cm) tall
Materials:
- E/3.5mm or D/3.25mm hook
- (2) 9mm black plastic eye posts with safety backing
- 100% acrylic worsted-weight yarn in black, green, and purple
- Polyester fiberfill, about 2 handfuls
- About 1/4 cup plastic pellets or dry beans for weight
- Nylon stocking or stretchy mesh fabric for encasing pellets
- Yarn needle
- Scissors
- Large-headed pins
