Pattern Description:
This Amigurumi Monkey is the very first pattern I ever created. The suggested colors are Red Heart colors, but feel free to use whatever color you like. Monkeys can be challenging to make due to their unique facial features. I endeavored to create a pattern that took that challenge away. I hope you like my pattern! ^_^
Gauge:
Exact gauge is not needed for this project.
Sizing / Finished Measurements:
- Monkey sits 8" from his bottom to the top of his head
Materials:
- Worsted weight yarn: cafe, buff, and a little black (less than one skein is needed of each color)
- Size G/6 4.00 mm crochet hook
You Will Also Need:
- 9mm plastic safety eyes
- Fiber fill stuffing
- Plastic pellets (optional)
- Yarn needle

I began with knitting when I was pregnant with child number two, but found I didn't have the patience for it. Then I turned to crochet and never turned back. Now, three years later, I am working trucking right along. ^_^
Also, and by no means secondary to crochet, I have 3 lovey daughters--9 months, 3 and 7 years old--and a wonderfully supportive husband. ^_^
