Mario Brothers' is a classic when it comes to geeky video games and has been seen on numerous consoles along the way. As synonymous with the video game as Mario and Luigi are, so too are the various mushrooms they uncover throughout the levels. This pattern can be adapted depending on which mushroom you are looking to make. I have included the materials needed to make either the Super Mushroom (red) or the 1-Up Mushroom (green), which are the two most common in the game.
**This listing is for the Mario Mushroom PATTERN, not the completed plushie.
This pattern features 6 pages of detailed instructions, including how to assemble step-by-step, and has 10 in progress color photos to help you along the way!!!
If any questions come up while you are working on the Mario Mushroom, please don't hesitate to contact me. I am here to help, and will get back to you in a timely manner, so not to worry :D

A librarian friend of mine once showed me an amigurumi doll that a patron of hers made for her and she said to me, "You're crafty. You should make these!!" So, I picked up a how to crochet book, watched some How to Crochet youtube videos, and got to work making amigurumi! Since then, I worked my way towards writing my own patterns and haven't ever looked back.

The characters I make come from popular video games, anime, and movies that I have enjoyed throughout the years. As you will see from my shop, I am an "Otaku" at heart :)
Aside from my massive crochet addiction, I also enjoy writing and have been in the process of finishing up a children's fiction story to get it ready for hopeful publication. Keep your fingers crossed for me!!! In the future I plan to work on writing up a book of crochet amigurumi patterns.
So much crafting to do....so little time :D
