I used to make these letters from fabric when my son was little. I was thinking about a new project one day and it was suggested that I design the crochet versions of them.
These letters and numbers are made double sided so that you can either stuff them to make them 3D or leave them flat. Perfect for creating a name to hang on the wall for your little one.
I use acrylic DK or DMC Petra/Perle to make them. Both are machine washable which means that you don't have to worry about them getting dirty because you can just throw them in the washing machine. They also comes in a variety of cheerful colours.
The measurements are for the uppercase letters and numbers. The lowercase letters are sized to match.
The Heart, Star, Tree and Exclamation Mark are free patterns.
