  • chain, single crochet, double crochet

Pattern Description:

I'm always trying to design crochet patterns that don't make me think of toilet roll holders from the seventies. I think this one does the trick! I originally designed it for a friend who likes pretty, retro patterns. It's happy and bright and great for a boy or a girl. Plus, you can make it up in less time than it takes to change the toilet roll!


18 stitch/4 inches in pattern stitch

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

  • 30X38 inces


  • 900 yards of dk yarn
  • 100 yards for trim, 50 yards for flower edge

900 yards of DK weight
