Pattern Description:

Here is a lovely crochet pattern for a convertible cowl.
You can wear the cowl like a normal cowl, but you can also wear it as a hood. Because of the open parts in the cowl, it looks very playful and dynamic.

Materials:

  • Needed materials to make this pattern: --> You'll need about 600 meters or 660 yards of yarn to make this hooded cowl in total, you need bulky yarn. --> If you want to make the cowl with different colors like I did for the example pictures, you're going to need 200 meters or 220 yards of yarn per stripe. I needed to use 400 meters/440 yards of the grey yarn, and 200 meters/220 yards of the blue yarn to make this cowl. --> You need a 10mm crochet needle to make this pattern.
