I can't remember a time when I wasn't creating things. My mom taught me to crochet and sew, I took art lessons, and I'm now slowly learning to knit. I love the whole crafting process, from coming up with an idea or design to seeing it take shape to enjoying the finished product.View all patterns by designer (36) »
I designed this to look like the bright, groovy flowers that my mom pasted to the dashboard of her first car, back in the days of flower power. Use it to add a punch of cheerful color to your current crocheting project! Or decorate a bag or hat that needs a little style help.
You can make this with any weight yarn and size of crochet hook -- a bulkier yarn and bigger hook will result in a bigger flower, while a lighter weight yarn and smaller hook will result in a smaller flower.
This is an easy pattern that contains no abbreviations and uses only basic stitches. It is written in US crochet terms.
