I made this reading companion bookmark series for fun. It commemorates Jack's historic climb up the hill with Jill.
I really liked how it worked and I think the result is really cute.
This is a fast pattern to make and can be done in about a day. It makes a quick gift for a reader.
What a delightful gift to give to anyone who loves to read. It would make a wonderful award for any academic achievement or to give a graduate to acknowlegde that reading is a life long habit. I have one customer who loves to add these as package adornments to spruce up her packages. What a great gift for any smart father who loves to read.
It uses small amounts of crochet thread and any colors can be used so it is a great project to use up small amounts of crochet thread
This pattern uses a larger size hook than usually used with thread crochet and makes working with thread crochet easier for those who are not comfortable with thread.
The pattern comes with complete instructions. Contact information is on pattern if you have any problems, feedback or just want to show me how beautiful it looks.

My mother taught me to make a chain stitch when I was in elementary school. I was hooked. Now, I enjoy making knit and crochet patterns that I love for others to learn these wonderful arts.
