I need some serious help with this pattern!!!!! I am completely LOST after the initial chain, and am having a heck of a time making it work. I want to make this blanket for a church friend, who is having her first baby in August. Can someone do a video tutorial on this particular stitch, and how to begin the project?
Youtube has several videos on how to make the crocodile stitch. That would probably really help. And you can see pictures on the Bernat site.

I have always made standard and granny square blankets... I am site learner and not one who reads patterns. I am self taught and do not know much on how to read the patterns,so I will ask for help. I am so excited to try this pattern.

Thank you so much for sharing this pattern. I've been wanting to try this stitch but just haven't gotten around to it and now I have something I really want to make using that stitch. That will get me motivated.
how do i down load pattern
It doesn't show for me either.
It goes to your library for download. If you don't know where your library is you need to click "my account" at the top of the screen, from there you'll see a tab on the right side of the window that says "library" click that tab and you'll see the option to download the pattern. Hope that helps! :)
I've started this pattern, and I can tell it's going to take some time. But it's already quite pretty.
