Pattern Description:

This combo pattern pack includes the Tic Tac Toad Frog amigurumi doll pattern and the Tic Tac Toad Frog Afghan pattern.

The Tic Tac Toad Frog Afghan Crochet pattern is 40" square. This pattern is designed so that as many or few blocks can be used. The edging will work up right every time. Use one block for a 13" pillow front. Use more to increase the size of the afghan in 13" increments!

The Tic Tac Toad Amigurumi Crochet pattern is a quick and easy pattern. From webbed foot to webbed foot, expect your Tic Tac Toad Frog doll to be 14" from finger to finger and 5" from the top of the eyes to the bottom of the body..

Gauge is not critical for this project, however the tighter you crochet, the less stuffing you will see through your stitches when making the doll.
After you finish your afghan block, it should measure 13" square. Adjust your gauge as needed.

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

  • Afghan blanket measures 40" square. The blocks are 13" square.
  • The doll measures 14" across and 5" tall


  • J hook for afghan, G hook for doll
  • Worsted weight yarn in various colors

You Will Also Need:

  • stitch/row counters
  • fiberfilll for stuffing

Preferred Brand/Yarn:

Caron Simply Soft was used for sample however you can substitute any worsted weight yarn you would like to use.
