In Japan Tawashi, or pot scrubbers, are traditionally crocheted in cute, pretty patterns.
With this pattern you can crochet pretty roses that will brighten your kitchen or bath. Crochet them in a slightly scratchy acrylic yarn and they are great for cleaning pots and dinnerware. Crochet them in a soft, lush cotton and they are lovely as a body scrubber.
They are great gifts for showers or even as stocking stuffers.
This pattern works up quickly and is suitable for crocheters of every level. Great for left over yarn in your stash.
I am glad to answer any questions about the pattern.

My first love is photography but I also paint, bead, crochet and knit.
I live on fifty acres of gardens, fields and forest and much of my inspiration comes from nature and especially my flowers.
I prefer natural fibers but try new things and can create with almost any material.
