This is one of my absolute favorite creations!!! I think I love this afghan so much because of the colors. The main color is the shades of orange that I used. I decided on the name of this blanket because it's Pantones Color of the year, 2012 and I love orange. I really enjoyed designing and making it and I'm sure you will too. It's not a hard stitch to do and all the rows are the same stitch, all you'll need to know (besides the stitch) is color changing. The best part is that you incorporate the end pieces into the Tasseled Edge, so there is no cutting or weaving in of loose threads. Saves a lot of time!!! I know you're going to enjoy making this afghan as much as I did designing and crocheting it!!! You'll receive complete instruction and a photo in your pattern. Happy Crocheting!!!

I am a crafter/artist and have been plying my craft for the past 40+ years. My first love is crochet. I've taught myself many different crafts over the years, but I learned crochet from a true pro, my grandma. I've been in the craft business for about 30 years. I owned a reality shop, but the overhead became too much for me so I decided to put my business online. I was the owner of JewelsDesigns. This shop was recently closed and my new Blog was set up, http://conniespdfpatterns.om and soon I will be opening my new website: http://www.PDF-Patterns.com in the near future. I love helping and promoting my fellow artists and crafter's, and I do a lot of this cross-promoting on my site, blog, page and in my Face Book Groups. In July I will be starting my new course, Crochet Lessons-From The Beginning, this is a free course and everyone is welcome to participate. Just click on the "Follow" button in the top right hand column and your in. On our new website we will be selling our designer downloadable Patterns, Tutorial, eBooks and Lessions, we also hope to offer Hard Copy versions as well.Thank You for allowing me to bring my love of crafts to you and to Craftsy!
