This cute little snowman ornament, with his corncob pipe and broom, is not only easy to make, but it is kid- and pet-proof and washable. It also allows you to use up those scraps of worsted weight yarn which you have been saving.
If you like the idea, visit my shop for more patterns which I have designed in this series, including a garland of popcorn and star tree toppers. You can crochet everything which you need to decorate your entire Christmas tree.
Be sure to check out the rest of the crochet designs in my shop, as well as my other original knit, crochet, and needlepoint patterns.
If you are interested in something hand-made, I do have a selection of knit, crochet, and woodworking items which I have made from my own designs in my shop at http://etsy.com/shop/originalsbyterry.
All of the patterns which I sell are my own design and are copyrighted. Painstaking attention has been paid to the instructions, to ensure that they are clear, accurate and easy to understand and follow.

I started knitting at age 8 and learned all the rest as I went along - crocheting, sewing, tatting, latch hook, macrame, quilting, needlepoint, leather work, and woodworking. I became a professional seamstress and got into quilting big-time. These days, I mostly concentrate on knitting, crocheting, needlepoint, quilting, and woodworking. I began doing my own designing when I was laid up in a full leg cast. Since then, I have created over 200 of my own designs in various mediums, the patterns for which I sell everywhere and anywhere. I decided to sell my patterns individually, since I hate to have to buy an entire book to get the one or two that I want.
I do sell some hand-made items from my own designs, including woodworking items made by myself, at:
