Slip through Christmas Towel toppers

from 3doghouse
(4) Name: 'Crocheting : Slip through Christmas Towel toppers
Slip through Christmas Towel toppers

Basic Skills Necessary:

  • you should know how to increase, and your basic stitches

Pattern Description:

I love the convinience of dish towels that I can hang off of the stove, BUT I hate all of the sewing that is generally involved, and sometimes the towel itself gets stained, and worn out, while the topper itself is still in great shape. I also hate having to put buttons on anything, because some times that darn button falls off, OR I dont have one on hand that matches. So, I came up with a tie on topper, that you can just slip the towel through. You can change out that towel any time you like! and if your like me, you some how have managed to end up with about a billion and one hand towels.

gauge does not matter.

  • I hook Sewing needle

Suggested yarn:

4 ounces of Worsted weight

Preferred Brand/Yarn:

whatever you have on hand, this is a great scrap yarn project

Christmas of course!
