The Serape Stripe blanket is a great blanket where you learn to start combining different stitches. Each stitch is used across the full blanket which gives the blanket a complicated look without actually being complicated. The striping pattern has a rhythm to it that you will figure out as the blanket increases in size. I have included pictures of each new striping section so that you can mark off exactly where you are on the blanket. This will also help you understand where you are in reading the pattern and gives you a chance to compare your work to the pattern. Please do not be intimidated by the number of pages in this pattern. The striping pattern has added pages and I have included many photographs. This is a wonderful blanket to make if you are ready for a little bit more of a challenge.
