Beginner
*sigh* Right now the majority of my more colorful fun blankets are either in storage or at my parents home. I could only bring so much with me and had to be practical. So my bed, while warm, is lacking personality.. White walls and a white bed is just not doing it. I need something my eyes can rest on bursting with color. This pattern is my solution. Oh colors, you are one of the greatest small joys God ever created. And red gets the place of honor.
Don't be fooled by all the color though! The main stitch is a basic double crochet switched up a bit. Beginners can do this and if the amount of color still intimidates you, you can use a single color. Even...dare I say it...white.
