Painted Daisy Hotpad Crochet Painted Daisy Hotpad

  • chain stitch, slip stitch, single crochet, double crochet

Pattern Description:

This crochet hotpad features a double-thickness design (the back is plain white), with colorful crochet daisies in two sizes on top. A ruffle trim joins the two sides to form a sturdy mat ready to protect your surfaces from heat, or to add a nice floral accent to your table.

I designed this hotpad because I wanted to make a fun and practical floral item to use as a prize for a gardening/recipe blog hop I was participating in. A couple bloggers asked if there was a pattern, so I decided to write it up and add it to my store here at Craftsy.com.
