What is CPC?

CPC (Connie's Photo Crochet) is a technique that I've developed over the years, from many different techniques that you may have heard of; Photo Crochet, Intarsia Crochet, Color Works Crochet, Tapestry Crochet and the list goes on and on.... My technique incorporates most of these techniques.
