This simple, yet fun, Berries & Blooms Christmas Garland is perfect for the holiday season, but can be worked up in any color scheme for anyone or any time of year.

The pattern includes 3 pages of written instructions to make your own garland. It includes both hand-felting and machine-felting instructions--you choose your preferred method and you don't need to have ever felted before! It also includes 9 pages of pictures to help you through any tricky spots.

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

  • Flowers before felting are approximately 3.5 inches (9 cm) and 2.75 inches (7 cm) after felting

Materials:

  • Small bits of feltable wool yarn
  • G hook (4.5mm)

You Will Also Need:

  • Tapestry needle
  • Buttons (optional)
  • Rubber gloves (for hand felting)
  • Few drops of liquid soap (for hand felting)
  • Washing machine & soap (for machine felting)
  • Baker's twine or yarn (for hanging)

Preferred Brand/Yarn:

Patons Classic Wool

Colorway:

Your choice. I used five colors of worsted weight wool: Seafoam, Jade Heather, Bright Red, Winter White and Lemongrass
