We have designed up this gorgeous octagon afghan for ease of crocheting and it can easily be made to any size you would like to fit any one or any size bed.
6 5.5" X 5.5" octagons take just 2.5 ounces of yarn and 1 of the dividing 2" X 2" squares simply takes 5 1/6 yards of yarn. You will need extra yarn for crocheting your pieces together as well. You can easily figure out how much yarn you will need for your new afghan project based on how large you would like your finished afghan to be!
This is such a fun afghan to make we hope you enjoy our pattern!

I was born in Seoul, South Korea and was adopted at 2 years old. I now have a wonderful and loving husband and many, many fur babies (and a couple scaly and a few finned and feathered). I've never been one to conform to what most people would call normal, but I try my best to have fun and enjoy what I do always! I am a tom girl and a girly girl all rolled up into one....why should everyone ...

I love to play in the dirt and be outside. Mud always washes off!)
I have been doing embroidery, cross stitch, quilting and all sorts of crafty things since I was 7 years old. I am now 31 (2011) and needed to do something that I enjoyed doing for once, so my business here was born! I love to cross stitch and quilt the most I would imagine out of all the things that I do (and I do many LOL) and what better way to combine my two loves of stitching!
My business is my way of putting my stamp on the world, in my own way of course! I hope everyone enjoys stitching my charts as much as I did creating them!
How will you put your stamp on the world? ;)
